"Order" refers to the request made by the customer for courier or logistics services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any future modifications.

3. Use of Services

Duronto Courier provides courier and logistics services across Bangladesh. Our services include:

Parcel pickup and delivery

Domestic shipping

Package tracking

Optional packaging and warehousing support (where applicable)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for delivery and billing.

Ensure that the contents of the parcel comply with applicable laws and Duronto Courier’s prohibited items list.

Pack the parcel securely to prevent damage during transit.

Cooperate with our delivery personnel and provide clear instructions for delivery.

5. Prohibited Items

Duronto Courier does not accept shipments containing:

Illegal or banned substances

Narcotics and controlled drugs

Firearms, weapons, or explosives

Currency, precious metals, or counterfeit money

Live animals or perishable human remains

Flammable, corrosive, or hazardous materials

Obscene or politically sensitive materials

If a prohibited item is discovered, it may be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Delivery Timeframes

While Duronto Courier strives to deliver within the estimated time (typically 48–72 hours for standard delivery), we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or natural disasters. Delays caused by such factors are beyond our control.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for services must be made at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.

Payment methods include cash, online banking, mobile financial services, or other methods as displayed on our website/app.

Refunds are issued only in the case of:

Cancellation before pickup

Loss of parcel (subject to investigation)

Service failure due to our fault

Refund processing may take up to 7 business days depending on the payment method used.

8. Limitation of Liability

Duronto Courier shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by force majeure events

Damages due to improper packaging by the customer

Inaccurate or incomplete address information

Loss or damage to items not declared as fragile or valuable

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The maximum liability of Duronto Courier for any claim shall not exceed the total service charge paid for that particular shipment.

9. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Each shipment is provided with a unique tracking number. Customers can track their parcel through the Duronto Courier website or mobile app. Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is signed for or delivered to the specified address.

10. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Orders can be canceled before pickup for a full refund.

Orders already picked up cannot be canceled.

Delivery rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Duronto Courier and may incur additional charges.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Duronto Courier website, app, and branding materials is the property of Duronto Courier and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through amicable discussion or in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Duronto Courier reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
